Effective Date: September 7, 2026

These Partner Program Terms apply to organizations or individuals approved to participate in an SF Globals partnership program.

1. PARTNERSHIP

Participation does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or legal partnership relationship unless separately agreed in writing.

2. AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES

Partners may promote, refer, implement, resell, or provide support for SF Globals products only according to their approved partnership arrangement.

3. BRAND USAGE

Partners may use SF Globals branding only as authorized by SF Globals.

Partners may not modify or misuse SF Globals trademarks or marketing materials.

4. CUSTOMER REPRESENTATION

Partners must provide customers with accurate information about SF Globals products, pricing, features, and limitations.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Partners must protect confidential information received from SF Globals and must not disclose it to unauthorized parties.

6. COMMERCIAL TERMS

Commission, reseller pricing, revenue sharing, territory, support responsibilities, and other commercial terms will be defined in the applicable partner agreement.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the partnership according to the applicable agreement.

SF Globals may immediately suspend a partner’s access where there is fraud, abuse, security risk, or serious policy violation.
