No ownership rights are transferred to users through subscriptions.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to maintain uninterrupted services but do not guarantee continuous availability.

Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

8. TERMINATION

SF Globals may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may cancel subscriptions according to our Subscription and Billing Policy.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SF Globals shall not be liable for:

* Indirect damages
* Lost profits
* Business interruptions
* Data loss arising from service use

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the preceding subscription period.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our services may integrate with third-party providers including Google and Stripe. SF Globals is not responsible for third-party services or policies.

11. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Users from any country may access our services subject to applicable laws and regulations.

12. MODIFICATIONS

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
